A CONVERSATION ABOUT THE WORK

What needs to move forward?

Choose a starting point below. Free reviews are manually assessed for fit, and paid engagements are scoped before work begins.

START WITH ONE PRIORITY

You do not need a finished brief.

A website and a short description of the priority are enough to begin.

The teardown covers
  • What a buyer can understand from the current offer.
  • Where the public buyer journey could be clearer.
  • A route to market worth investigating.
  • One practical test and the evidence needed to evaluate it.

Manually researched and reviewed. Delivered as a short personalized video, normally around five minutes, with a concise written recap. Three observations and one suggested test, not a full strategy or internal-system audit. No turnaround is promised on submission.

The partner map covers
  • Two or three partner categories.
  • Up to five researched company examples, each with a public source and review date.
  • The customer overlap and the incentive for each side.
  • One suggested pilot, with unknowns identified before any outreach.

Manually researched. Named companies are potential targets, not confirmed partners. No introductions or existing relationships are implied. Any pipeline model is labelled as an illustrative scenario with explicit inputs.

  1. Tell us what you sell and who is buying.
  2. Share the systems, sales, or partnership priority you want to address.
  3. We will follow up to arrange a conversation.

Rebar Growth is a paid service. Scope, fees, and any outcome bonus are agreed before work begins.

  1. Name the company and the priority.
  2. We review the request with you and the management team.
  3. We agree one scope, its measures, and the reporting cadence.

Start with one company or business unit. No portfolio-wide commitment is needed.
