Payment review privacy
Updated October 30, 2026. This notice covers payment review requests made on Rebar Partners Inc. payment review pages.
Information in a request
The form asks for your name, work email, company website, current provider, approximate monthly card-volume range, requested offer and an optional question. It also records the landing-page topic, your contact consent and campaign labels (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term) when present. The public form does not accept file or statement uploads. Do not send card data, bank details, passwords, customer data or statements through it.
How the request is stored and delivered
Your request is saved in Rebar's database (PostgreSQL, operated by our hosting provider) so it can be delivered reliably and retried if the email service is briefly unavailable. An internal notification is then sent to chris@wearerebar.com through Resend, our email delivery provider. The page shows a confirmation only after Resend accepts that notification. Rebar does not send an automatic confirmation or marketing email to you; Chris replies personally.
How the information is used
Rebar uses the information to respond to your request and discuss relevant payments options. If you asked for the provider checklist, it is offered as a download in your browser once the request is accepted. Any referral to a processing partner is discussed with you separately before your details are shared.
Calculator
Calculator amounts are processed only in your browser. They are not sent with your request and are not included in analytics.
Analytics
Optional Google Analytics 4 measurement runs only if you accept commercial analytics using the control at the bottom of the page, and only on the production site. It records fixed event categories (for example, that a review was requested) and never your name, email, website, question, volume range or calculator amounts. You can decline or withdraw at any time with the same control. Campaign labels may be kept in session storage for the browsing session to attribute your request.
Scheduling
Booking links open Calendly, which processes scheduling information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Questions or removal requests
Contact chris@wearerebar.com with questions about your request or to ask for deletion of the information you submitted.
